Testing and measuring the power and torque of diesel, gasoline and alternative fuel engines for prototype or overhauled engines
Tests are performed in static and dynamic mode of operation of gasoline, diesel and hybrid engines of the following parameters: engine power, engine torque, measurement of piston and cylinder wear in engines in the development phase, engines entering the production process and existing engines, quantity measurement gas passages next to the piston rings, compression pressure in the cylinders, intake manifold pressure for air from -1 to 2.5 Bar, exhaust emission pressure in the exhaust system, engine oil pressure up to 10 Bar, measurement of pressure and fuel consumption in various operating modes engine, crankcase oil temperature, air intake manifold temperature, engine cylinder temperature, engine coolant temperature, intercooler inlet and outlet temperature, fuel pipe temperature, volume intake air flow, engine exhaust gas opacity in prototype production, overhauled and new engines, testing of exhaust emissions of various exhaust components in unprocessed from engine exhaust, encoder crankshaft angle measurement, engine speed.
